I've been married 28 years and have 2 daughters whom I have been the lead travel planner for our family vacations.. I am also a Certified Pilates Instructor that loves adventure and wellness travel. Some of my favorite destinations so far include, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Utah, Bora Bora, Anguilla, Costa Rica, Arizona, Whistler, and Belize. My hobbies include biking, hiking, downhill skiing, golf, wine tasting, and pilates. Want to plan a wellness trip? I would love to host a Pilates retreat!

I am a National Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) since 2016 (PMA-CPT). I own a boutique pilates studio offering private, duo, and small group sessions.
